I have used Clowes Home Improvements on more than one occasion. I first met with Joseph before closing on my house. The appraiser had a list of repairs to be addressed before he would sign off. Fortunately, Clowes had the knowledge and ability to address each problem, from electrical to drywall patches. Fit perfectly into my budget. The second time I used CHI was for an emergency repair to by hose connection outside my house. I made one call and he showed up in 45 minutes!!!! Best response ever! Third time was to frame and sheetrock a bonus room. As you can see, I would highly recommend Clowes Home Improvements for anyone’s home repair or building needs.....

Flexible around my working hours. Very professional and knowledgeable, troubleshot the problem quickly, ordered part and repaired in a very timely manner. Fair and reasonable price. Even took extra time to look and address another issue and provided recommendation. Will be using again in the future for room renovations and repairs. Highly recommended! Joseph is friendly, courteous, and professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not ever the cheapest price. My work is always above average. I do not like doing projects any other way than the correct way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On site visit, I email or text a quote, home responds to email with questions or comments and agrees to price. I put that job on schedule and give approximate start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master electrician and I have a Tennessee State home remodeling license.
