I would give them no stars because the contractor never showed up on the time he promised. He was supposed to be here on a Saturday afternoon at three. He showed up at my house at 10:30 in the morning on Saturday when I was not home and I told him I would not be. He then told me he would be over on Sunday between 10 and 11 my husband was not happy with this because it's the only day he gets to sleep in. So my husband gets up at 9 o'clock and gets ready and we sit around and wait. Now at noon the contractor has not called or shown up. Would not hire this contractor because they're unreliable.

A miscommunication of job,homeowner needs permit to remove and replace support post with structure above. I didn't see my text she sent after we spoke about me being there Saturday morning,and I did show up,just miscommunication
