I hired Blaine to do floor tile ( which was OK except for the missing caulk )and a kitchen black splash. At first he was professional, then with attitude when he demanded payment up front. We agreed that I would pay 60/40. He asked me to get glass tiles for the kitchen and asked for a picture of what I picked out. He said he could work with that but clearly he could not. His job had lots of errors that I had to cover up with quarter round and with stripping. I can't put on the switch plates because he didn't cut out the area enough. He has not responded to my texts. He is a defensive young man who wouldn't admit wrongdoing. He is blaming everything on the glass. He should have told me that he can't work with this glass. I feel that he was arrogant and defensive. He was a big disappointment.

Blaine completed our custom kitchen backslash. After a very competitive price he offered to come on the weekend to do our back splash my wife was so impressed that he was coming to do the job so quickly. Blaine did a fantastic job from start to finish and took the time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Butcher tile for any tile job you have.
