There are several ways to save money while enjoying services you love at Urbaine Oasis Spa Boutique: 1) Series of 3: Reduce the cost of your favorite service by purchasing in a small bulk (valid for Brazilian waxes, Eyelash Extension Fills, Microderm/Dermaplane & Chemical Peel facials) 2) Referral program - refer 3 people and receive a free service up to $70 3) 10% discounts offered for students, teachers, military, seniors and birthdays 4) Gift Certificate Special now thru 12/31/17: Buy $100 gc, get $25 off your next service, series or product of $95+ Cancellations: Without 24-hour notice, you will be charged full service amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Urbaine Oasis Spa Boutique welcomes new customers! To ensure the best experience, the client will complete a health history form so we can be aware of any contraindications (risks) for any service or product used. In addition, for any new service a client receives, a consent form will need to be completed and signed confirming they agree to service performed and were informed about benefits, any risks and proper home care. New clients under age 18, must have a parent/guardian complete a consent form for their services.
