- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is always free! During this first session we will go over your health history, goals, budget, etc. so I️ can learn more about yourself. We will then go through a workout to where you’re at, and what type of fitness routine will fit best for you. I offer 30 or 45 minute session options, typically people start out at 30 minutes and increase if they feel they need more! After we decide what plan works best for you we can officially start your health and fitness journey.
