- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is my pricing structure: Personal training and coaching: 1:1 or 2:1 is $40/30min, $55/45 min, or $70/60 minutes What’s included? -100% customized workouts based off of your goals, experience level, and body! -body measurement tracking (not required-only if you want) -goal setting -macros (not required-only if you want to track food) -35 page Client packet with nutritional info, additional workouts, daily stretching, meal ideas, & recipes! Online training/coaching $150 for first month, then $100 for any other consecutive months: 100% customized workouts, macronutrient and food goals, unlimited email check ins, health guide. NO contracts or commitments, all session by session, so you can stop training at anytime! & No gym membership purchase required gym!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up I️ played pretty much every sport that was available to me, so being active has always been a huge part of my life. Although I️ was always active, nutrition had always been a struggle for me, so once I️ graduated high school I️ started the kinesiology and nutrition program at the U of MN. Once I️ started to learn more I️ found friends and family kept coming to me for advice— That’s when I️ knew I️ loved to educate and help others make healthier choices. I️ enjoy working with a variety of different people all with different goals in mind. I️ work with young athletes looking to improve their sports performance, people looking to lose weight, people looking to gain weight/muscle, and/or looking to gain mobility, stability, and flexibility!
