I have been training at Train Your Way Fitness for 2 1/2 months now between 2-3 times a week. I can visibly see changes in my body and my endurance. I have been training with Michelle Carlson and she has pushed my body to its limits which is something I was never able to do on my own. Michelle has always been on time with her session times and makes sure I get my full value out of my time with her. She even has created my own personal book so I can keep track of my progress and my health statistics. If you are looking for someone who is friendly and kind, but can push you when you're not giving 100%, I'd recommend Michelle!Nov 1, 2017

I’ve been with Michelle for a few weeks now and am so happy I made the decision to go with her! I’ve learned so much in such a short period. Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome.
