Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have a standard pricing system. My pricing varies by service. One on one training, small group (2-4), large group (5+), nutrition coaching, online personal training, and yoga lessons. —I offer great discounts for less busy times. —Pricing is discussed during the first consultation, because I can give you a more accurate quote after seeing where you’re currently at and hearing what more specific goals you have. None of my sessions cost more then $50–why is my training affordable? Because I believe that personal training should not be considered a luxury service. I want my training to be affordable for my clients, so they can actually give themselves time to create healthy habits and maintain a healthy lifestyle rather then just for a few months. —I have never had someone who’s budget I couldn’t work with, so please don’t let that be a determining factor! —No membership purchase is necessary to work with my at the Train Your Way Facility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is always free! During this first session we will go over your health history, goals, budget, etc. so I️ can learn more about yourself. We will then go through a workout to where you’re at, and what type of fitness routine will fit best for you. There are 30, 45, and 60-minute session options, we will decide which session length works for our current goals! After we decide what plan works best for you we can officially start your health and fitness journey.
