- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is solely based on the number of rooms in your home. Plain and simple. One bedroom - $75, Two bedrooms - $100, Three bedrooms - $125, Four bedrooms - $150, and so on... Optional services (like refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, or closet organization) are extra, but affordable. Check our website for details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our staff knows that the first rule of a great cleaning service is "Get to know the customer." Before we ever step foot into your home, we take the time to find out what YOUR needs are - because every customer and every home/office is different. What's important to you? What do you want us to focus on? When possible, we schedule a walk-through of the home or office first, to make sure we understand what YOU want done, and how you want it done. We make understanding your needs our first priority.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, we decided to serve our Country, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, and after 4 years of weekly cleaning and inspections, 4 years of college, and 5 years in property management for one of the top residential property companies in the Southern California, we decided that our passion and knowledge led to only one place - creating the single BEST cleaning service in SoCal.
