- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive on price. We are not the cheapest out there because we always provide the highest quality work, but we are not as expensive as the big companies. Because we are a small locally owned business, we have lower overhead and therefore able to provide high quality work/service without the big price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Call Ultra Heating & Cooling 2) We will get you on the schedule 3) Technician will call when heading to your house (jobs site) 4) Technician will show up in professionally marked van with our Ultra Logo 5) Technician will discuss with you, diagnose, and repair with your approval 6) Pay with cash, credit card, or check 7) We will send a receipt of the job notes and payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Mechanical. Continuous HVAC training. Continuous Customer Service Training. Formal HVAC education.
