- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 - $300 per hour depending on size of job, type of job and client, and method of service delivery (in person v phone/Skype).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first meeting with a prospective client is at no charge. The purpose is to see if there is a fit - i.e. - Do I think I can help them and do they feel comfortable working with me. We will discuss their business situation, their vision for their business, what has been tried to resolve the issues facing the business and I will usually suggest some ideas to help improve the situation. If there is agreement that I can help them with their business, we move forward. Once started, we analyze the issues involved, make a plan to resolve those issues and execute the plan. Along the way, I teach the skills necessary to profitably manage the business and team, and grow the business in a sustainable way, while focusing the owner/CEO on the right things to achieve success. While all of this is going on, other issues arise and we tackle those issues as they present themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA with dual specialization in marketing and finance, with 30 years of successful management and director level business experience in marketing, finance, operations and sales.
