- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single session: A 1-hour life coaching session conducted via phone with Dana as your personal coach. This option is designed for clients who may be new to life coaching and want to learn how it works, or for clients who want to work through an immediate issue. $150.00 Power Session: The power session is conducted over the phone and includes a one-time 2 1/2 hour life coaching session with Dana. This option is for clients who found value in the Single Session and want to work through issues more in-depth, for clients who want an in-depth routine follow-up but on a less consistent basis than the Monthly Package, or for clients looking for just one session but with more time to dedicate to current issues. $350.00 Monthly Package: The Monthly Package includes four 1-hour weekly life coaching sessions with Dana.This package is designed for clients who wants to schedule sessions ahead of time in order to maintain accountability and receive a discounted rate. All sessions are conducted over the phone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer? I always offer a free 30-minute coaching session to all prospective clients so they can see how I work, ask questions, determine what it is they are looking for and decide if we're a good fit.

Bachelors in Psychology and continuing education in coaching.
