- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Triple Play Security first helps new customers understand and feel the value in our services before even getting started. It’s important that we first discuss how important it is to protect thier family and home with one of out three security systems. We want to feel good about their decision to invest with us. We start our by outlining a clear install process, scope of work,terms and accountabilty. By setting crystal clear expectations up front — and agreeing on them — Triple Play Security and our clients can reduce or even eliminate potential future conflicts and avoid potentially “sticky” situations.
