Introduction: I'm a people person. I truly enjoy helping my customers achieve their home improvement goals while staying within their budget. I respect my customers time and property. I take the extra measures to make sure our experience is a "win win" I've always been a fix it gal. My grandfather was an engineer, my dad a general contractor. I worked my way through college at the University of Florida playing music and fixing houses. When my dad got cancer I travelled to Dallas and ran his construction company. I've built homes from the ground up. I really enjoy it.

I needed to hire a pressure washer to complete the job asap. Wendy bid was great only she couldn't come in earlier than in 3 days on Monday because of the Easter weekend, so I made arrangements with another bidder NW Janitorial, who was was supposed to do the job on Friday....didn't show up,,,, and then Saturday .... again ... no show ,,, so I gave up and I will definitely write a review about them as well, Wendy's original date.. Monday was the soonest available appointment, so I went with her. She was amazing.... showed up on time,,,, we discussed a price and I asked her to complete an additional project. She agreed. 6.5 hours later my porch, deck, driveway and backyard looked like I've never seen them before. I can't be happier with her, she also made some suggestions about sanding the deck and we will probably go with her suggestion. Overall she made the whole experience extremely pleasant and I truly wish I wouldn't waste my time on Mimi and NW Janitorial from the beginning. Thank you Wendy

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally speaking when I can't bid a complete take-off for a customer I charge $20-45 per work hour going from general to skilled trades
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to accurately bid a job is to see it so I try to coordinate as much information as possible before giving a final quote. In some instances that's not convenient or immediate so I may quote an hourly rate Instead. Many times the prospective customer simply needs a "ballpark" having no reference for their costs. I'm happy to accommodate and work diligently to accomplish my clients goals within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 3rd generation Industry worker. My Grandfather is retired from NASA where he served as an engineer since the Mercury program. My father is a retired general contractor whose accomplishments include the Hard Rock venue in Dallas. I've been a fix-it gal since college and have built homes from the ground up.
