- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the half hour and if I am traveling out of town I require an hour minimum booking. prices vary on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will typically have a fitness assessment test, followed by a questionaire and release form signing. I will assess your fitness level and overall observe how you move. You will be given at home exercises to practice in between sessions and well constantly keep accounted for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
International Sports Science Association certification in personal training and continuing education.
