FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically consider the square footage, job location, and regularity of cleaning to develop our pricing. Economy of a scale is key in saving our customers bottom line and allowing us to profit for advancement in the industry. Pictures are worth a thousand words. We are not opposed to entertaining a client that request an hourly or daily bid. We believe when a project has unforeseen variables this method of pricing can be beneficial for client and ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand our customers expectations and goals. We can cater to the needs of our customers so that we keep a customer for a lifetime. This means doing the job right the first time and every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both my brother and I are involved with continuing education about the pressure washing industry through PWRA (Pressure Washing Resources Association). We are constantly in touch with the industry standards.
