I contacted them about a photo booth. In the description it stated standard prints and online gallery. When asked if the prints printed instantly, I was told that printing wasn't included with that package. When I asked what standard prints meant, they never replied back. I asked again several weeks later still never received a response.
All in all I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. They seemed like they would've been a good fit for what I was looking for.
