Introduction: The Happy Little Painters is a team of artists dedicated to adding a splash of color and a smile to any environment. We travel and teach art classes for every occasion, and we also create murals of all sizes and nature. With a paintbrush and Bob Ross in our hearts, we can bring anything into your world. Let's have a little bit of fun today! The three of us became friends in high school art class and have been creating art together ever since. It's amazing how a piece of canvas and some paint can build a creative bond between friends that lasts a lifetime. Yet here we are, fifteen years later, building a happy little business based solely on our love for art.

Colleen, Sean and Jay couldn't have been more helpful to a group of beginners. They came well prepared, were clear and concise with directions, described each brush and their benefits, showed different techniques for beginners and displayed patience amongst a group of 15 cackling women. Kudos to The Happy Little Painters- I'd highly recommend them for any group whether your a novice or an expert. They definitely made it fun :)

Colleen had painted a beautiful mural at my neighbors home that I admired very much. When I asked her if she would be interested in painting my life size statue of Neptune, she was up to the task. Neptune went from a drab grey color to the multicolor masterpiece that he is today. She actually brought this statue to life!

Working with Colleen could not have been any easier. She was an absolute dream to work with. Very creative and great ideas. Colleen did a river scenery on my garage wall and I'm so impressed as well as all of our friends

We had Colleen for our "Mom's Night In" group painting session! She was so helpful and fun! We had a group of ten and none of us had painted a canvas before. She walked us through each step and kept us laughing. We were also so thankful she put down some kind of tarp under the tables because after a few glasses of wine we may have spilled a little bit haha but she saved the day with smart thinking! We all loved our paintings!! With the little to none experience we did have you would have never known! We will for sure be hosting another paint party with her!

I had the happy little painters paint my daughters nursery room wall. I wanted pooh bear stuck in a tree with piglet holding onto a balloon and I got exactly that! I am so impressed with how it turned out, I couldn't be happier! I love having a custom painting on my daughters wall that she'll always remember. The painters were very professional and got right to work, the wall was finished in probably 5 hours. Custom mural done to perfection in 5 hours? Can't beat it. Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates start at $300.00. For an accurate quote on your next mural project, please fill out our Consultation Request Form on our website and we will contact you within 24 hours!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will meet for a FREE consultation. We will meet at the desired location for your mural to measure the wall, as well as discuss your vision for your mural in detail, and provide you with an estimate. Then, if necessary, we will sketch out a concept design for the mural for review. Once approved, we will schedule a date to begin your mural!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sean graduated from the Antonelli Institute of Photography and Graphic Design in 2010 with an Associates Degree in Photography and Specialized Technology. Colleen graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. Her artistic skills shine the most with acrylic and watercolor paints. Jay has been creating mural art since 2009 and more recently has been working with spray paint art. He also works with metal and creates his own jewelry.
