- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do a free introductory call, for you and me to get acquainted, and to see if we both feel that I can help you. If you decide to hire me, then your fee will vary according to the number of sessions desired per month, and you may choose to meet with me each week or only a few times per month. Hiring a coach calls for a strong commitment to the work (and fun!) of coaching. In service to that commitment to Self, you are required to pay your set fee at the beginning of each month. If you can give me 24 hours notice if you're going to miss a session, I don't charge you for that session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important for both me and you to establish a rapport and trust between the two of us, and for you to understand that everything between us is confidential and safe. There is nothing you can't ask me, and there is nothing you can say that's not ok to express. Our coaching session gives you time and clear space to slow down, think, and explore possibilities for your life, and an encouraging listening ear --- which is something that many folks just can't seem to find the time for. This time together is sacred, and I ask you to be sure there are no distractions on your end of our coaching call (rattling dishes, barking dogs, etc.), as when we are deep into our session, very often intuition comes into play to help you move forward.
