Introduction: When I see folks in some sort of pain or anxiety about something, it gives me great satisfaction to see them learn how to move through those things on their own, with a little help from me, and to watch their confidence bloom! What my clients have told me is that they feel very safe with me, and they like my "gentle and nonjudgmental way" of working with them. I am also a certified Creative Awakenings Faciltator, which basically means that I also can offer guidance using hands-on artistic methods for getting past blocks or going deeper into oneself, somewhat like art therapy. I don't always use this, and my clients certainly don't need to be artists to do this work, but the methods can be very helpful in going deeper when necessary, not to mention a lot of fun! :-) My Creative Awakenings sessions via phone are free to my coaching clients. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow to be their best selves if they will only allow themselves to get past their blocks. First, they must be able to recognize what their blocks are, and this is where I can help. When the light goes on, and it always does, watching my client grow wings and fly absolutely thrills me. I've worked with small business owners who are floundering, mid lifers uncertain of their direction, job changers, and young people suffering uncertainties in their lives, and each lovely soul with whom I've worked showed me the strength, determination, and resilience that can be found with just a little encouragement. Each new client I meet adds to my own learning and sometimes mirrors situations I've had in my own life, and at those times I know we are meant to be together. The thing I most enjoy is the synergy that happens between us during sessions, when intuition flows and magic begins to happen.
