- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon engaging a new client, we will typically perform an onsite or remote diagnostic to determine the exact issue then give the client a realistic estimate of the time involved and if any hardware will be necessary. If the client has Internet access, many of our services can be performed remotely and at a flat rate, which is great for the client.
