- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on our competitive pricing. As a family-owned/operated business, we understand the importance of getting the best deal possible. We've been known to beat the prices of the larger companies, for the same quality of work, resulting in happy, loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we begin with a one-on-one consult where we go over their needs and any additional details of their project. We work up an estimate and present it to the customer to proceed with scheduling. After a project is scheduled, we coordinate with our staff members and begin their project. Once the project begins, we will check in with the customer between each phase to assure that it is being done to their satisfaction. From start to finish, we make ourselves available to address any questions or concerns that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, they say experience is the best teacher! Helpful Movers has been around for almost two decades, on top of prior experience attained with other companies.
