- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard, reason being is because everyone has different needs. I like to see what they need and then price it. It also depends on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to just listen to the clients ideas and thoughts on how and what their event is going to be. I want to help in any way that I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have went to school at Penn Forster for Wedding Planning. I aslo have taking classes in floral design. I went to school at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I work at a great venue now. So I know how to run a venue and how to decorate. I've also have learned to stay in the clients budget.
