Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My path in this industry started in 2000 when I received my fitness trainer certificate from AEF-IFBB (Spanish Fitness Association) in Spain where I am from. Since then, I worked in the most prestigious public gyms in Barcelona, Bernat Picornell and Athletic Barceloneta, as a trainer. My personal experience with sports started with soccer. I started playing when I was 10 years old and played in an amateur division until I was 24 years old. I also practiced Olympic style boxing until 2013, the year I moved from Barcelona to the United States. My other sport activities include rock climbing, running, and triathlons. I am passionate about sports, fitness, and exercise and hope to share my passion with others. I love to help others achieve their goals through sports or physical activities, no matter if your goal is for a competition or wellness.

I am very happy with my experience with David. I hired him to lose weight, gain strength, and overall fitness. I'm never bored with the workouts because he always changes it up - we always do something different. I've done boxing, kickboxing, strength training, cardio, etc. I never used to look forward to working out but I actually enjoy it!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My basic price is $50/hour and includes the class, support , 24/7 email assistance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step in working with a new client is to know his/her goals, past experience with sport/fitness activities or personal trainer programs and athletic background. The second step is to request information regarding general health, past injuries or health problems, and record measurements (weight, height, heart rate, etc). After that I do some assessments to know about flexibility, balance, strength, possible muscle inbalance. And then I start creating a plan jointly with the client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been certified since 2000 by AEF-IFBB (Spanish Fitness Association) as a fitness instructor, and since 2015 as a Personal Trainer by ACE (American Council of Exercise).
