I was invited to a pig roast party recently hosted by my friend and the food served there was out of this world delicious. All the food was so fresh, beautifully decorated, clean and I got introduced by my friend to Chef Peter Camerata who was hired to do the catering. Peter was so profeshinal, funny and explained how the various items were prepared and his experience in the resteraunt/catering industry. I really enjoyed my conversation with him and hired him on the spot to cater an upcoming conference that I was in charge of running. Peter came up with an amazing menu to fit my budget, everything was delivered fresh, set up for me and cleaned up at the end. The participants of the conference raved about the food to me for days which included pasta, homemade meatballs, chicken entree, salads and deserts. I am excited to try out his clam bake at the street festival he will be participating in, I heard only great things about it. I highly recommend Chef Camerata from Hot Stix Grill and Catering for all your catering/party/BBQ needs. You won't be disappointed and I promise you won't leave hungry!!!

The whole Crispy Pig experience was awesome ! Peter not only helped plan the menu he assisted in the seating and serving placement for the best dining layout and experience for my guests. Peter did not get frazzled with my last minute menu add ons without going over budget which was a blessing. The day of the party Peter and his team worked efficiently yet still made time to talk to guests with questions and pose for pictures. Peter and his team quickly jumped into action when the wind took my pop up shade off the deck -Amazing! The pig was delicious not a bite leftover literally (my guests ate like pigs) and the sides were culturally diverse. Thank You for a wonderful experience !
