I will send over a pre-inspection agreement before the actual inspection and go over any questions and concerns the customer may have at any time even well after there Inspection.

All apartments, condos and homes start at $300 Up to 2500 square feet. Radon testing with report is $100. Energy-efficient audits run $75 and up with IR pictures. Our prices are very fair for a certified inspector with a current detailed report that same day.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was helping a single mother with her first home and there were some safety issues I made clear about. I got her in touch with a contractor to get this corrected so she and her kids would feel assured they were in a safe home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are certified up to date and insured. If they are a lot lower priced then average company's then why is that and are you getting what you paid for?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Lower price isn't always good in this profession. Average home inspections that are certified and well trained start at 350 these days. There are a lot of non-certified inspectors out there charging way less. Most home inspections should take at least 3hrs minimum so make sure you choose right for your future big purchase.
