Introduction: I will provide you with a list for materials to be reimbursed. Some projects I will provide you with a total cost depending on the project if we supply materials which is no problem . I have lived in San luis County for most of my life and just love it. I also open my company in Kern County and is doing business there as well. I am hoping to give my son encouragement and business of my company someday to take over so I have my 18 year old son training to be a contractor and doing very well. in San Luis County I have sub-contractors that do absolute phenomenal work from Electric to AC and heating HVAC also your basic handyman or construction needs. My brother started training me in his Simpson Handyman Service and taught me everything I know. I opened up another company named 4th Demention Construction after going to school for 6 years then got my contractor's license. I have the experience for 10 years and love the feeling of accomplishment after getting a project done. We just love doing what we do. EPA certified . We also do HVAC

4th dimension Construction had came to my house in the zip code of 93308 and having to move out they came in and cleaned painted shampooed carpets replace blinds fix ceiling fans and light fixtures and did I really good job in a very efficient time. I was able to get my security deposit back all for a reasonable price

I had 2 bedrooms and a hall way to be painted, (I supply the paint as I wanted the same color). They were very perfessonal they made sure all the carpets & floors, Light switchs, ceiling fans were covered thoroughly. I was truly impressed with the work. They were there when they said they would be, had all the equipment to do the job. I was so impressed with the painting and there work! Very nice people and there work was outstanding! I truly have no complaints at all. I will definitely use them again.

I have had several floor refinishers confirm it was not done properly. Very disappointed.

we're sorry Nick you feel that way, refinished your Hardwood flooring exactly the way you wanted it done, as well as in the time frame you asked for and within your budget. you were happy with the work when it was completed you even posted a positive review I do not understand after close to eight months why we're getting a negative response. we also told you it would take 24 to 48 hours before you can move anything onto the floor. It is unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with our services, thank you for the review none the less and have a wonderful day

I will provide you with a total cost when we supply the materials , and labor. With all projects they all come differently so it's best for us to come and look at the job to give you an accurate estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always making sure the customer can ask for options for the project and help determine what they want done. Always ask questions so there is no misunderstandings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience in the trade working for my brother's Simpson Handyman Service then I opened for 4th Demention Construction in 2006. I also went to school for a 2 years studying the laws to be a contractor and took a state test and pasted. We are ready to work for you.
