Chris gave me the best quote to replace my home A/C coils & condenser. He was kind, responsive and worked hard to get the job done. But unfortunately, about 2 months after he installed the new equipment there was a clog in the condensate drain and instead of flowing into the overflow pan properly it leaked into the plenum and then my attic and destroyed my ceiling in one room. Chris did not take responsibility for the incident because he claimed the leak could have been pre-existing and was not liable, etc. Even if this is true, the leak should not have drained into my ceiling. He was able to repair the leak without charge but did not reimburse for the ceiling, texture/paint repair. I am not sure if he is responsible or not for this happening; however, when I brought it to his attention, he basically accused me of lying which was very unprofessional. I hired his crew to fix the ceiling in which they did a poor messy job. I will need to re-paint the entire room and re-texture the ceiling. For these reasons, I can not recommend Air Network A/C & Heating.
