Every job is different and several factors come into play when quoting a job. Having a discussion in person on site is the best way to avoid any confusion in pricing

A brief phone conversation followed by an on site visit to discuss expectations is the best way to start the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the ten years in the business I work full time for the fire department and am trained in technical rope rescue which helps with rigging and climbing.
