FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's difficult to standardize custom work. I charge on an hourly basis, and am happy to give free no charge estimates prior to any work being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often times bringing a service technician into your house can be daunting. I like call before our first appointment, and can provide more pictures than the one on my profile. I enjoy working with people, and want to make the experience as comfortable as possible. If work can be done the same day, or the customer is supplying all the equipment I don't require a deposit. If equipment needs to be ordered the cost of the equipment will be the deposit amount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified electronic systems technician with the NCCER, and I'm also a certified control4 programmer and installer, and have extensive experience in all aspects of the low voltage world.
