- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard price model however each project is different and has its own unique challenges. We discuss those challenges and solutions and move forward together to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initally we would discuss your project over the phone. I would then make an appointment to meet you and your partner at your home to take measurements and give an exact cost of your project. At that point if you are ready to proceed, we each sign the contract and begin work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the Civil Engineering career field of the Air Force. Part of my duties were to build a working base with work centers, sleeping accommodations, and dining areas for 1500 troops in 48 hours. After I retired from the Air Force, I became a project manager for the top siding company in Oklahoma City. I am in the James Hardie Contractor Alliance and I am a Simonton Windows preferred installer.
