FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on each photographer. Remember, you get what you pay for and the photographer oversees your memories. When the day is over, the food has been eaten, the last song has been danced to... you images will outlive you. They will be all you have to remember it all by. Your great, great, grandchildren will look at these one day and adore how awesome you and every were. So your price point should be based on a realistic budget. A good photographer will invest 60-80 hours in a 8-10 hour wedding and show up with 15-20K in equipment. That stuff isn't free. But there are amateur who will charge low amounts to get a wedding booked on your dime.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers of all walks, from all over the world and of all income and status levels.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently shot a wedding in Mexico I was there for 5 days and shot for 3. Back in Jersey we also did an engagement shoot and a reception. So 5 days in total. Outside of the days and times shooting this wedding took me about 40 hours to edit and handle administrative things.
