- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may be slightly more expensive than the other pros on Thumbtack. However, my work is considerably above average and I am an actual professional makeup artist. My technique is catered to each individual and my instruments and tools are clean and sanitized before and after each job. You can also Google me and read my review there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical procedure for each particular job includes asking for a photo of the client so that I can plan my colors and discuss with my colleagues to determine the best look. I also ask the client for a photo of the look he/she wants. Then I plan the job based on the client's wishes and work hard to meet the goals I set forth for each makeover. I then meet the client on the day he/she has requested. I take before/after photos for my portfolio and possibly for my websites. I work hard to meet the goals of the makeover. I check for the satisfaction of the client and clean up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study under my mentor whom has served in the cosmetics, makeup artistry, and hairstyle businesses for over 20 years.
