Introduction: Yoga and meditation has changed my life. I am so passionate about the benefits it offers. So much so I decided teaching and sharing this is my path! I have 3 certifications and teach classes daily. I can teach any level of yoga, we can incorporate meditation through guided meditations, or keep it all physical depending on your intentions. I lead weekly group meditations throughout the community.
I love working with people of all levels, I've been teaching classes and training clients for over six years. I truly enjoy watching people progress and evolve through the practice of yoga and meditation. Whether the goal is increasing strength, flexibility, losing weight, learning how to quiet the mind, practicing being present, creating a loving relationship with your body or all of the above, I'd love to guide you and share this journey with you.
