- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to give my new customers a phone call and speak with them about what exactly I can offer to make sure it meets their expectations. If the plan is to meet up the customer, we will determine a place and time. If reading is to be done over the phone or skype, we will work out the details during the phone call.
