- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system. We basically have a Bronze, Silver and Gold package for our weddings. And we have a Small, basic and Deluxe Party package for Proms, Dances, Black tie events, Birthday Parties, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk on the phone and discuss what you want and how many hours you need our services. After talking on the phone, we will send you a contract with the information on it as per our conservation. You must sign and return the contract within 7 days and which time your date will be permanently reserved. Then 4-6 weeks before your event we will meet face to face to finalize the details for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around music most of my life. I have ran sound for bands, played guitar, and even managed a small local band. My son has a degree in Audio and Recording and has been playing in bands for 15 years. We have been DJ'ing and running sound for a combined 30 years.
