- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really- I try not to have a one size fits all approach. No customer ever has the exact same needs. A TV hang starts at 100, varies for distance to drive and other needs of the hang. Virus removal is usually 75. Fresh OS install is 100 with data backup. Screen replacements vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call, introduction, answer and questions and perform work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work professionally as a technology director a 6A school system. I have a BBA in technology and love and breath my work.
