He came out to fix our window but said he had to order the part. When he left he said he would let me know the next day about the parts. After trying to reach him he left town for the holiday and said he would get back. With spending a lot of time trying to reach him he finally said oh I can't get your part. I tried to reach him and I hope now he didn't make our window worse. It's sad when I call one place they gave me the part for free so I could install it!
