I cannot recommend Kate Walter's real estate photography services enough. I am a professional portrait photographer and understand the value of top notch professional photos. I knew that, even with my photography knowledge and equipment, I need a professional who specialized in real estate photography to capture my home when we decided to sell. Kate did such an amazing job - she truly captured our home and showcased its potential and strengths. She used creative angles and lighting to show off our home in the best possible way. With Kate's photos, with had an amazing response to our home. Within minutes of it hitting Zillow, we had our first scheduled showing. We ended up showing our home 19 times in 2 days. By the end of the second day, we had 3 offers to choose from and ended up choosing to go with the full price cash offer.
