- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes. We operate very much like a law firm does. We review the case information and request a retainer. The retainer really depends on the complexity of the case, but the norm is $1500. After we accept the case, we work on your behalf at a rate of $65 per hour and .60 per mile on mobile surveillance (most are at some point). If the case runs longer than expected the client is asked for additional retainer funds, however, they are fully aware of all work that has been done to that point. Many cases can be handled within the initial retainer, but due to unforeseen circumstances (activity slows down, warned on how to avoid being caught, etc.) some may go over. That IS a lot of money..no doubt about it. However, we are not he cheap solution, nor the most expensive. With our experience, knowledge, technical equipment and efficiency..we fell we are offering a very fair market price for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It is essential that your investigator have whatever details you may have about your case. Even things that seem unimportant actually could be in the context of the investigation. We like to personally meet with each client prior to accepting any case, but sometimes that is impossible when the client is in another state. One of the first things we try to identify is: can we benefit you? If we feel our efforts would not help you, we will let you know right up front. Investigations are not inexpensive to the average person, so we want to make sure you would not be wasting it. For remote clients, we have an in-depth form on our website to assist with information. This, in conjunction with a phone conversation, works well in those cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?28 Years of Law Enforcement background and experience. Many of those years were in the capacity of investigation, undercover vice & narcotics, as well as commanding those divisions. We have also gained vast experience in the private sector, having conducted hundreds of private investigations over the past 15 years.
