The inspector was available on my schedule, and quickly. He was on time (early even), friendly, and professional. He even let us follow him around for a bit. He met us at a coffee shop afterwards to give us a verbal report, and then mailed us a very detailed written reported with photos later that day. He covered every inch of the house, right down to testing the GFCI plug in the kitchen. And his price was very reasonable, with a 10% senior discount for us. I hope never to buy another property, but would definitely use Matt again if I did.

Excellent customer service and military discount! Matt was very thorough and walked me through the home to explain the issues he found during the inspection. I received my report the same day, which included pictures and notations that were easy to read and understand. My realtor really liked the report, too! Matt is a must hire.

Matt was fabulous! This is our first home buying experience and he answered all our questions and helped us feel much better about our purchase. His inspection was very thorough. He walked me through his findings the day of as well as gave a very detailed report. He was also easy to get a hold of for follow up questions/concerns, responding to both e-mails and texts in a very timely manner.
