- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We range from $10.95 to $26.95 and everywhere in between. From authentic smoked BBQ to salmon and prime rib.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with each client individually. No event is the same and each client has different needs. Thus, bids are created just for you with only the information you are interested in. We also offer tastings to determine if we are a fit for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from WSU with a degree in Hospitality Business Management. We also love to attend catering conferences to stay up to date with trends in this industry.
