- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on what the job is and consist of ....some by square feet or yards, difficulty, access, height of job, time and travel play a part. service calls sometimes by the hour. I try to be as fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If they can give me a detailed idea of what they want then I can try to give an idea of what I would charge...will be able to give exact estimate when I see and measure what is needed.....I keep all customers informed of what I'm doing to make sure they get what they want, and I give them my personal best.. I will be there personally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of experience in all phases of construction.
