- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is quite common for our clients to know what they want to accomplish, but rarely do they have the knowledge and experience to know which online strategies are best to do so for their particular goals. We start every project with Our Discovery Process, which is a series of mutually agreed upon consulting sessions that will allow us to fully understand the needs of your business in terms that are both specific and measurable.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back when I had a corporate job for an online newspaper, I became fascinated with the work our lead web designer was doing. After quite a bit of coaxing, he agreed to teach me all that he could about Photoshop in one afternoon. He sent me home with a few books and I spent the better part of the next three years teaching myself how to design. I left the corporate world, started working for myself and haven't looked back since!
