- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide a free on-site estimate at our first visit. Check our website for any specials. HomePlace Painting also offers color consultation. 25% deposit to lock in the booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A no-pressure conversation about your image, space, and budget. Example images from customers are welcome. 2. Based on our talk, we provide an estimate of the total cost in writing, including paint and any other supplies. 3. With the signing of our contract there will be a 25% deposit required to lock in services. 4. Painting! We schedule work time around your schedule. 5. All done! We pride ourselves in client satisfaction. We're done when you're happy... and we always leave a clean space!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 18 years, the HomePlace Painting team has consistently improved homes and businesses throughout Tennessee. Our painters have rich and varied backgrounds including seasoned house painters, muralists, faux finish painters, sign painters, and scenic painters for film, television, and theater.
