Introduction: I have been in the construction business for 25 years. I don't cut corners, and I make sure everything is done correctly and up to code. I have built many homes, some being beach homes three stories high. I have also done many remodeling jobs consisting of demo work, Sheetrock repair, interior and exterior painting, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, etc.

Before we hired Tim Spivey to remodel our back patio, to add vinyl siding to all our trim, and add a carport we heard reports from family and friends that Tim had done outstanding work for them.We were VERY pleased with his work and professionalism. We often receive compliments on Tim's outstanding work. We have recommended him to many others for dependable and honest work. He has an amazing reputation for being a perfectionist and staying with a job until he knows it has been done right and his customer is completely pleased.

Mr Spivey did MANY jobs while working for us. Removing & replacing all wood on the outside of my home, repairing rotten areas, rebuilding porches, painting, assisting roofers. There wasn't anything he could not do. Never, ever have we had repairmen be so prompt and not wasting a minute. Estimate was right on, a very good job for a very fair price. Have recommended him to many, with them being very satisfied also.
