- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate quoted includes bringing the tools necessary for my part of the event. Typically this will be a service ice bin and scoop, wine key/ bottle opener. Cutting Board and service bowls for garnishes. Towels for service and I have 2 tubs available for icing bottled water and/or beer. I also bring napkin/ straw holder for bar top. I have a table that can be used as a bar or as a back bar table.If coolers and ice are required for me to bring or cups, etc then my hourly rate is adjusted accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available to answer any questions they have. Many guests are planning a destination event so I can be helpful as to what they will need. Once we have established what is needed and I have been hired I will send a confirmation email to them. I will stay available for further communications between us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience in the food service industry. I am serve safe certified as well as up to date on all liquor regulations and certification.
