- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a referral program which is $10 back cash for each completed clean due to word of mouth advertising. I do have a $50.00 pet fee that does have option to be waived if not excessive. When my clean is complete each light fixture will have matching light bulbs, the ac filter replaced (if needed), and all smoke detectors in working condition. If these items are not provided I will make a trip to have it corrected upon client approval. My client gets a copy of receipt but there is a fee to cover costs. At all times special instructions have priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain on the phone the services available and fees in detail. I set up a walk through to meet the family and furry friends. I take notes on special instructions, light bulbs to be replaced, ac filter size and check all smoke alarms. We conclude our visit with a confirmed appointment at which time I provide a courtesy call upon arrival and at departure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in condo cleaning first with short deadlines and high standards. I got employed after condos for 20 years to 3 years of residential and commercial cleaning. I now work mainly with move out. I can do any cleaning with all attention to details.
