Matthew Larson

Introduction: My name is Matt Larson and I grew up in Gulf Breeze about 15 minutes from my current office in Navarre. Though I lived in Gulf Breeze I attended Navarre High school where I graduated class of 2005. In the spring of 2011 I married my on again off again high school sweetheart and we moved to Milton (which is another area I service) for about 4 years before moving to Navarre. After spending some time working locally and getting an AA degree from a local junior college, I decided to start a career as a real estate professional. Since 2011 most of my real estate career has been spent representing local builder, Samuel Stevens and Associates and spending some of that time working directly with another local builder, Talon Construction. I have now decided to take the experience and knowledge I gained doing so and direct that towards helping individuals such as yourself buy and/or sell your home. Having personally lived in a few different areas all closely connected to one another I feel I offer a unique perspective to owning a home in each of these locations and am very familiar with the market and as such can be an invaluable tool to help you accomplish your real estate needs and desires in the Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze, and Navarre areas!
