- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is based on a number of factors, so you won't just receive an instant quote from me. I ask questions to find out the size of areas being cleaned, the items being cleaned, frequency of cleanings, etc. its not fair to the customer to skimp on finding out the details. we charge a fair and appropriate price for what they would like to have done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I meet with a new customer to walk thru the areas needing cleaning. I ask questions and take notes regarding specific needs. I want them to feel comfortable with what will be done, so a quote is sent by email and outlines the items to be cleaned and the services provided. also lists the areas that won't be serviced if they exist which prevents areas being missed. when the quote is accepted, the work will start on the agreed upon schedule. continued communication is provided throughout the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked with a close friend in the industry who has many years in janitorial as a business owner & operator. The intention was for me to learn from his experience and knowledge and to venture out on my own.
