FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs take more than one helper , labor is expensive. Any one working for me is an expert in his trade. Cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap. I can always work with the customer to help cut cost, or I can get more expensive styles and more intricate with the details . It’s all up to the customer labor is the only non negotiable part of the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do an estimate , give a fair price ,establish a relationship built on trust from the first job. It’s job security for me. Your word means a lot, don’t break it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union roofer for 10 years. I renovated houses for 3 years. I have encountered such a variety of jobs that I’m very versatile.
