Harris Carpet Cleaning, came out and listened to my concerns about my problem areas, walked over the areas with me and told me what they thought would come out and if any spots may not they notified me of this before they started. When they started cleaning they were very thoroug , they went over and rinsed my carpet and dried it too; no other company has ever done this! They arrived within quoted time frame. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Will use this company again in the future!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We do have a very simple standard pricing system. For residential customers we do area pricing. Any area under 250 square-foot would count as one area. We have a four area special for $95 each additional area is only $20. Commercial carpet cleaning is $.17 a square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to learn more about the cleaning situation. We will do a complete walk-through with the customer. Give the customer the best evaluation and expectations before the job started. There are no gimmicks with Harris Carpet Cleaning,no bait and switch tactics either!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Harris Carpet Cleaning is up-to-date on IICRC certification and has a valid Ohio vendors license. Harris Carpet Cleaning is also licensed, bonded and insured.
