Mr. Wainwright we properly diagnosed your 2nd floor system as having weak valves in the compressor. When I gave you the results of my evaluation you became agitated. My findings were correct as a few days later you posted again on Thumbtack need for system replacement even specifically stating bad valves in compressor. Being as we were correct in our diagnosis I'm wondering why you gave us such a low rating. We strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. We're sorry if you feel we otherwise. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for 2017has been $75.00 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I try to get an idea of their needs. I also evaluate their HVAC SYSTEM. I do not try to up sell as most systems are repairable. Full replacement can be costly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a vocational high school graduated in 1982. 4 years technical training through UA refrigeration air conditioning division. Followed by constant Journeyman training on the latest systems and upgrades available.
