I talked to Stanley on the phone for 20 minutes on 5/31/2018 and sent him a photo of my house to power wash. He texted me and said he would do it for $175.00. He asked for my address and after I sent it to him, he said after his 10 am appt. today, June 1st, he would let me know when he was on the way to my house. When I didn't hear from him at 2:30pm I texted and called him to ask what his timeframe was and he never answered. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
